Dear Dean Hazeltine,

Happy 75th birthday!

I am so delighted to be able to send you my warm wishes on this occasion. I was one of your hundreds of students and EN 9 TAs (1979 & 1981, I think). If I were writing to just about anyone else, I would be sure you would not remember me. However, given your remarkable ability to know just about all of the 5150 undergrads on campus back then, you probably do remember (yes, my hair is still red, although the white is peeking out more daily).

Warm wishes on this special occasion and for many more happy and healthy years to come!
